Sorenson VRS is a service allowing the deaf community better communication access through use of a videophone over the Internet. We were a sponsor at a recent deaf event held at one of the hotels you service. Because the VP-100 videophone is not a computer, there are unique networking requirements that must be met. Henry was instrumental in helping us to troubleshoot problems and find a solution. Even though communication was difficult as he was working with a deaf individual, he put in the time to understand our needs.
