Qualifications:

  • solutionWith at least 1 year call center experience
  • solutionTraining experience in communication & customer service skills is an advantage
  • solutionExperience in training & module designing is a plus
  • solutionMust have excellent oral and written English communication skills
  • solutionMust have excellent facilitation, presentation and listening skills
  • solutionHas good interpersonal and professional skills
  • solutionWilling to work in shifts/weekends/holidays
  • solutionHas the passion to teach
  • solutionProficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc.)
