CallTek Center International Inc. is a tailor-made business processing and technical support provider for the broadband and video/TV industry, specializing in hospitality/MDU markets.

CallTek was founded by US-based engineers with over twenty years of product development and technical support experience, and armed with extensive backgrounds in computer engineering, software and hardware troubleshooting, telecommunications, high-speed Internet access (HSIA) systems for hotels, computer networking, and more.

CallTek’s goal is to take call centers to the next level by creating a truly “seamless relationship” between vendors and clients. This type of partnership requires an extensive and consistent commitment, which requires more than just the knowledge of the product but also to support, maintain, and foster the reputation of the company it supports.
